01 Introduction

To register and maintain an Account with vworld88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of vworld88 or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or payment processors.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of vworld88 Services, you are required to register an Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. vworld88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify vworld88 immediately via our support channels. You are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each Member may hold only one registered Account at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, vworld88 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any outstanding Balances or Bonuses.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

vworld88 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in Account activity. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of residential address dated within three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and/or delayed withdrawal processing.

05 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vworld88 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Requirements

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for most payment methods. Specific minimums may apply to individual methods.
• vworld88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges for which vworld88 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Currency

Malaysian-based Members' Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, gameplay, bonuses, and withdrawals for such Accounts are processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of crediting, less applicable network fees.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of real-money funds in your Account Balance. Bonus credits and pending bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, the following general rules apply to all bonus credits:

• Bonus funds must be wagered in full at the stated wagering multiplier before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Where abuse is identified, vworld88 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and restrict or suspend the Account.

08 Gameplay Rules

Each game category available on vworld88 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, lottery, and arcade games — operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within each game environment. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the outcome of physical game events observed in real time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, vworld88 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the staked amount to the Member's Balance.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply per game and per betting market. These are displayed within each game interface.
• For sports betting, in-play odds are subject to change in real time. Bets accepted before an odds change will stand at the original accepted odds.
• vworld88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where a pricing error has occurred.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vworld88 Platform and may result in immediate Account termination and legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or Account management.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with or gain advantage on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer game environments, to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform's systems for financial gain.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the Platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate cause.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the vworld88 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game assets, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of vworld88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of vworld88. Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vworld88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failure, interruption, or system error, subject to vworld88's good-faith restoration obligations.
• Loss arising from reliance on inaccurate game information, odds, or statistical data displayed on the Platform.
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where vworld88 has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Any loss or damage arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits vworld88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. vworld88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of the funds held in the Member's Account at the time of the relevant incident.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by vworld88

vworld88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: a Member has breached these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct is suspected; KYC verification has not been completed within the requested timeframe; or Account activity suggests potential money laundering or other illegal conduct.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. vworld88 may notify you of dormancy status by email and, if no activity resumes within 30 days of such notification, may charge an administrative maintenance fee of up to MYR 30 per calendar month against the Account Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

13 Responsible Gambling

vworld88 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling habits among all Members. We provide the following tools to assist Members in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to accept within a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at regular intervals to remind you of time spent playing.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a minimum 6-month self-exclusion at any time. Contact our support team and we will action your request within 24 hours.

14 Amendments to These Terms

vworld88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, vworld88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request Account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vworld88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as determined by vworld88 at its reasonable discretion.

For disputes relating to individual game outcomes, Members may submit a formal complaint to vworld88's support team. All formal complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 14 business days where possible. Where an internal resolution is not satisfactory, Members may seek recourse through the relevant dispute resolution channel provided by vworld88's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction.
